Description
- General description: EMSURE grade solvents are suitable for a broad spectrum of classical lab applications, and are frequently used in regulated and highly demanding lab applications. - Application: Dimethyl sulfoxide is used as a solvent: To dissolve the substrate and to dilute fluorogenic substrate.[1] To permeabilize V. natriegens or E coli cell.[2]
- Caution: Supercools easily and remelts slowly at room temperature. Solidified product can be re-liquified by warming to room temperature without detriment to the product.
