Description
- General description: Amberlite™ HPR4800 Cl hydrogen form is used as stripper resin and can be regenerated by 0.25N sulphuric acid when exhausted.[1] Amberlite™ HPR4800 Cl hydrogen form is used as catalyst.[2] It is used in deionizing supernatant fraction samples for paper chromatography.[3]
- Application: Amberlite™ HPR4800 Cl hydrogen form may be used in separation medium for TLC, paper chromatography and LPLC.
- Other Notes: This resin has not been specially processed nor cleaned. We suggest that it be subjected to a suitable preliminary elution and wash.
