  • Application: Sodium tetraborate decahydrate is widely used to prepare buffer solution with a pH range approx 9.3. It can also be used as:A component of a buffer solution used in the separation and estimation of thiamin and its phosphate esters in commercial tablets.[1]A fluxing agent in the preparation of ceramizable silicone rubber-derived composite materials.[2]A crosslinking agent in the synthesis of porous foams by reacting cellulose nanofibres with poly-vinyl alcohol.[3]
