Description

  • General description: Quetiapine carboxylic acid is the significant urinary metabolite of quetiapine, marketed as the atypical antipsychotic Seroquel® for the treatment of depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. This new internal standard of quetiapine carboxylic acid is applicable to numerous LC/MS and GC/MS applications including quantitation of patient levels, forensic and forensic toxicology analysis, isotope dilution methods, and calibrator preparation.
