- PA5-33180 is suitable for use as a negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of mouse monoclonals of isotype IgG1 in human tissues in a dual labelling technique using FITC and R-Phycoerythrin fluorochromes
- This antibody contains a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated Mouse IgG1 RPE-conjugated Mouse IgG1
- Reconstitute with 0.5 mL of distilled water
- After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark
- For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL
- Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen
- It is the most abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response
