- Scigen™ Premium Clear Contrast Differentiator is designed to to produce cell transparency and remove any nonspecific hematoxylin staining
- Our Clear Contrast Differentiator is water based ready to use differentiator with can be used in manual staining or on auto-strainers
- Most differentiators or clarifying agents are alcohol based; evaporation of the alcohol causes inconsistent nuclear staining results
- After hematoxylin staining, excess hematoxylin is rinsed off the tissue sections, slides are differentiated in Scigen™ Premium Clear Contrast Differentiator for 15 seconds to 1 minute depending on hematoxylin staining time and background staining
- Scigen™ Premium Clear Contrast Differentiator is not a concentrate and requires no dilution.
