- The kit depletes CD4+ T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, platelets, dendritic cells, granulocytes, and erythrocytes
- The negatively isolated human CD8+ T-cells are left in the sample and have not been in contact with the Dynabeads™
- The bead- and antibody-free CD8+ T cells are truly untouched, and in perfect shape for any functional assay or application
