- General description: Kao and Michayluk Vitamin Solution K3129 is a 100-fold concentrate of the vitamins contained in Kao and Michayluk media. It may be used in combination with Kao and Michayluk basal salts to reconstituted Kao and Michayluk media.
- Application: Kao and Michayluk Vitamin Solution has been used: as a media supplement to induce callus induction[1]in liquid marine salts medium, to test the requirements for strain MOLA115 culture[2] as a component in LeMaster culture[3]
- Reconstitution: Use at a concentration of 10 mL per liter of prepared medium to achieve the proper final concentration.
