  • Application: O-Phospho-L-tyrosine has been used:as a diluent of anti-phosphotyrosine antibody to study sperm capacitation[1]as an amino acid standard in liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS) analysis[2]as an amino acid standard in two-dimensional thin-layer electrophoresis system to analyze phosphoamino acids on the phosphorylated starch phosphorylase (L-SP)[3]
  • Biochem/physiol Actions: Phosphotyrosine acts as a docking site in protein regulation by stimulating interaction between tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins and phosphotyrosine domains of other proteins.[4]
