Description
- General description: TWEEN® 20, also known as polysorbate 20, is a non-ionic detergent. It reduces the surface tension in solutions and thereby aids in uniform spreading of reagents. Tween 20 has a gentle action on cell lipids, preserves the integrity of cell surface antigens and aids in the staining of intracellular proteins.[1][2]
