- Application: N-Methyl-1,3-diaminopropane (MeDAP) has been used as a structure directing molecule in the synthesis of two crystalline aluminophosphates[1]. It has also been used in the synthesis of an intermediate of alfuzosin and lapyrium chloride with lipases as catalysts[2].
