Description
- Application: 6-Bromohexanoic acid was used in the preparation of N-acylsulfonamides on treatment with tosyl isocyanate (189278)[1] and alkyl ketones from alkyl iodides and metallic strontium.[2] It was also used in the synthesis of anionic mitomycin C-dextran conjugate (MMC-D)[3], 2-lithio-1,3-dithian[4] and diaryl thioethers[5].
