Description

  • Application: Sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate has been used for preparing phosphate buffer solution.[1] It has also been used as a mobile phase for high-performance liquid chromatography.[2]
  • Biochem/physiol Actions: Sodium phosphate monobasic also referred to as sodium dihydrogen phosphate is a chemical reagent possesses high buffering capacity and is used for preparing biological buffers. It was used as a phosphate supplement for determining whether phosphate supplementation can prevent rickets in very low birth weight infants with prenatal deficiency of phosphate.[3]
