Description
- Application: Sodium phosphate dibasic has been used for preparing phosphate buffer which in turn is utilized in X-gal staining.[1]
- Biochem/physiol Actions: Sodium phosphate dibasic is an important component of running buffer of denaturing gel electrophoresis.[2] It induces glomerular calcification as well as other nephrotic syndrome in Sprague-Dawley rats.[3]
