  • The Capitol Vial Split Specimen Collection Kit complies with SAMHSA and Department of Transportation guidelines for urine drug testing programs and other applications where a second sample is required
  • Features: Easy-to-use kit—simply peel away the foil top lid, remove the components and provide donor with the collection cup After sample collection, pour 30mL of urine into the first transport vial and 15mL into the second vial, close the hinged lid until it snaps Place vial in the front pocket of specimen bag and completed requisition in the rear pocket Remove the blue release liner on the bag and fold flap over the pockets to seal Ordering Information: Custom branding available for foil tops and specimen bags
  • Includes: Beaker (8 oz.) with temperature indicator strip, two (2) 45mL custody vials, generic dual-pocket specimen bag, absorbent foil top
