• Anti Sera products provide qualitative tests for recognition of antigens on human red blood cells Using high-protein reagents prepared from human serum, Anti-D blood grouping reagent recognizes D (Rh 0 ) antigens Anti-C (Anti-RH2), Anti-E (Anti-RH3), Anti-c (Anti-RH4) and Anti-e (Anti-RH5) blood grouping reagents are low-protein reagents prepared from human/mouse cell lines; used to recognize corresponding antigens on human red blood cells The Rh-hr control reagent is designed to recognize spontaneous agglutination of red blood cells The control is prepared from pools of human serum tested and found to be negative for blood group antibodies
