  • General description: Lithium bromide is a crystalline solid with high refractive index. It is widely used in the field of rechargeable batteries, organic synthesis, and optical lenses.[1]
  • Application: Lithium bromide(LiBr) can be used:An electrolyte additive for lithium-sulfur batteries to enhance their rate performance and cycling stability.[1]To prepare poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) fibers. The addition of LiBr improves the mechanical properties of the polymer fibers.[2]To fabricate a surface passivation layer for silicon solar cells to enhance photoluminescence intensity.[3]
