  • General description: (5,6)-Fullerene-C70 (C70) is an ellipsoidal fullerene, which has stable spheroidal carbon molecules.[1]
  • Application: C70 may be incorporated into titanium oxide (TiO2) based nanowires and it forms a nanocomposite for light responsive photocatalyst.[3] It can also be used as a photo-absorptive material in the fabrication of high performance organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells.[4]
