Description

• General description: 2′-Deoxyguanosine 5′-triphosphate (dGTP) is made of a guanine nucleobase attached to deoxyribose and a 5′-hydroxyl on the sugar linked to a chain of three phosphate residues. It is used by the cells for the synthesis of DNA with the help of DNA polymerase.
