- They include calibration plates to perform a spectral calibration with FAM™, VIC™, ROX™, SYBR™ Green, TAMRA™, NED™ dyes, plates to perform region-of-interest (ROI) calibration, normalization calibration, and to run an RNase P verification
- Calibration and verification should be run at least every six months
