  • Description The QuantStudio™ 3/5 10-Dye Spectral Calibration Kit contains the following: • 96-well 0.1-mL Spectral Calibration Plate 1 (containing FAM, VIC, ROX, and SYBR dyes) • 96-well 0.1-mL Spectral Calibration Plate 2 (containing ABY, JUN, and MUSTANG PURPLE dyes) • 96-well 0.1-mL Spectral Calibration Plate 3 (containing TAMRA, NED, and Cy5, dyes) This multiple-dye plate calibration kit enables simultaneous dye calibrations in single plates, significantly reducing the effort and time required for dye calibration
  • In addition, the formulations of the dyes in Plate 2 improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing the fluorescent spectra of the respective probes found in your real-time PCR experiments.
