- This change does not compromise the kit's performance, maintaining the same level of sensitivity and accuracy as its predecessor
- The CBQCA Plus Protein Quantitation Kit exhibits high sensitivity and is capable of detecting as little as 50 ng of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in an assay volume of 100–200 μL
- This sensitivity allows for precise measurements even in low-protein samples
- Moreover, the kit is compatible with detergents, a feature that enhances its versatility
- This compatibility makes it suitable for accurate quantitation of proteins in the presence of lipids, membrane fractions, or detergents, as well as for lipoproteins and small peptides
- The kit includes all necessary components for performing 300–800 assays, depending on the concentration of substrate used
- The resulting fluorescent product is maximally excited at 465 nm and has an emission maxima at 550 nm
