- For use, reconstitute to 1.5 mg/mL in PBS
- This tricosa-peptide can be used to competitively elute DYKDDDDK-tagged fusion proteins from immobilized anti-DYKDDDDK affinity supports, especially when a DYKDDDDK-tagged protein is sensitive to low pH
- At a 1.5 mg/mL concentration, complete release of tagged protein can be achieved in 5–10 minutes at ambient temperature
