Description
- Specificity: Recognizes Murine vascular adhesion molecule (VCAM-1), single chain glycoprotein of Mr 100- kDa (under reducing conditions). VCAM-1 is present on the +/+ 2.4 stromal cell clone, large cells in bone marrow, and a subset of thymic macrophages. The stromal cell antigen is also detectable on the EOMA and BMS2 endothelial cell lines. The antibody reacts with all known isoforms of murine VCAM-1.
