  • General description: Ammonium metavanadate is a water soluble inorganic acid. It is a cheaply available, mild and efficient catalyst.[1] Its ability to alter female reproduction has been studied in swiss albino mice.[2][3][4]
  • Application: Ammonium metavanadate may be used as a substrate in the synthesis of the following:silver vanadate (AgVO3) nanorods[5]manganese vanadate nanobelts[6]vanadium oxide hydrate semi-microspheres[7]It may be used as a catalyst in the synthesis of the following:azalactone derivatives[8]2,4,5-triaryl-1H-imidazoles[9]octahydroquinazolinone derivatives[10]α-hydroxyphosphonates[1]
