• Description: The monoclonal mouse IgG2b, kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin
• Applications Reported: Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control PerCP-eFluor® 710 has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis
• Applications Tested: Mouse IgG2b K Isotype Control PerCP-eFluor® 710 has been tested by flow ctometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells
• Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody
• PerCP-eFluor® 710 can be used in place of PE-Cy5, PE-Cy5.5 or PerCP-Cy5.5
• PerCP-eFluor® 710 emits at 710 nm and is excited with the blue laser (488 nm)
• Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochrome
• For a filter configuration, we recommend using the 685 LP dichroic mirror and 710/40 band pass filter, however the 695/40 band pass filter is an acceptable alternative
• Our testing indicates that PerCP-eFluor® 710 conjugated antibodies are stable when stained samples are exposed to freshly prepared 2% formaldehyde overnight at 4°C, but please evaluate for alternative fixation protocols

• Mouse IgG2b is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen
• It is the third most abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response
• Mouse IgG2b is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity
• It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses, including the activation of T cells and the inhibition of B cell activation
• Mouse IgG2b is widely used in research and diagnostic applications, including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry
• It is also used in therapeutic applications, such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
