Description

  • PA5-33216 has been shown to be negative on all mouse cells and cell lines tested
  • This antibody recognizes a human cell surface marker, and therefore cannot be used as a negative control in this species
  • Test results have shown that PA5-33216 is also suitable for use as a negative control with canine tissues
  • Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water
  • After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark
  • For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL
  • Rat IgG2a is an immunoglobulin subclass that is commonly used in research and diagnostic applications
  • It is produced by the rat immune system and is known for its ability to activate complement and mediate antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC)
  • Rat IgG2a has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa and is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains
  • It is often used as a control or reference antibody in experiments involving rat models, and is also commonly used in flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry applications.
