Description
- Biochem/physiol Actions: IL-13 is known to be overexpressed in glioblastoma tumors and cell lines.[1] Elevated IL-13 expression is also observed in parasitic infections.[2] It stimulates fibrosis in many infectious diseases,[3] and acts as a profibrogenic factor.[2]
