- General description: A useful agent for radioimmunoimaging.
- Application: EDTA, 500 mM Solution, pH 8.0, ULTROL® Grade has been used along with phosphate buffer saline (PBS) for cell disruption to harvest crypts in situ hybridization of nematodes.[3] It has also been used as a component of isoelectric focusing solution (IEF) to resuspend myofibrils for protein studies.[4]
