- General description: 18:1 PEG2000 PE also known as 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy(polyethylene glycol)-2000] (DOPE-mPEG2K), is a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-phospholipid conjugate.
- Application: 18:1 PEG2000 PE or 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy(polyethylene glycol)-2000] has been used as a component of liposome stock solution for depositing lipid bilayers on the flowcell surface.[1] It may be used in lipid bilayer preparation.[2]
