• Read more results from a single patient sample and produce more diagnostic details of pathogenic organisms while reducing storage capacity issues in the incubator with a bi-plate that includes two widely used microbiological media
• One half of the plate contains TSA with 5% sheep blood to promote growth of fastidious organisms with clearly visible hemolysis forms for staphylococci and streptococci
• MacConkey Agar on the other half of the plate is a selective medium for differentiating between coliforms and lactose and non-lactose fermenters
