All components of the ChargeSwitch™ NoSpin Plasmid Kits are shipped at room temperature. Upon receipt, store as follows: Store ChargeSwitch™ Precipitation Buffer (N5) at 4°C. Mix the RNase I in ChargeSwitch™ Resuspension Buffer (R4) and store the resulting solution at 4°C. Store all other components at room temperature.
