The pBAD/His Kit includes 20 μg of each pBAD/His A, B, & C vector, 20 μg of pBAD/His/lacZ, 1 ml of 20% L-arabinose, LMG194 and TOP10E. colistabs. Vectors and 20% L-arabinose should be stored at -20°C. Store LMG194 and TOP10 stabs at 2 - 8°C. All components are guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored.
