- PA5-33223 is a mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibody arising from a spontaneous mouse plasmacytoma
- The antibody does not react with any human cell surface markers, and may therefore be used as an isotype matched negative control reagent to assess the level of non-specific binding of mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibodies in human cells
- PA5-33223 is also suitable for use as a negative control with bovine, sheep, pig, canine, rat and guinea-pig tissues
- Mouse IgG2b is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen
