Description

  • PA5-33224 is a mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibody arising from a spontaneous mouse plasmacytoma
  • The antibody does not react with any human cell surface markers, and may therefore be used as an isotype matched negative control reagent to assess the level of non-specific binding of mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibodies in human cells
  • PA5-33224 is also suitable for use as a negative control with bovine, sheep, pig, canine, rat and guinea-pig tissues
  • For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL
  • Mouse IgG2b is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen
  • It is the third most abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response
  • Mouse IgG2b is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity
  • It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses, including the activation of T cells and the inhibition of B cell activation
  • Mouse IgG2b is widely used in research and diagnostic applications, including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry
  • It is also used in therapeutic applications, such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
