- An alpha-aminoaralkylphosphonic acid ester that acts as an aminopeptidase N/CD13 inhibitor (IC 50 =1.1μM)
- Cell growth is dose dependently inhibited by as much as ∽36% and ∽60% in PANC-1 and HT-1080 cells, respectively when 300μM of compound 4d is co-treated with 30μg/ml of TNF
- When treated with compound 4d alone, cell growth is dose-dependently inhibited by as much as 26% and 36%, in the same cell lines, respectively.
