Description

  • Application: SIGMAFAST™ 3,3′-Diaminobenzidine tablets has been used as a chromogen for visualization in immunohistochemistry of gonad tissue,[1] thymus,[2] dental chronic periapical lesions[3] and gall bladder sections.[4]
  • Reconstitution: Each tablet set dissolved in 5 mL deionized water yields a ready-to-use buffered solution containing DAB and urea hydrogen peroxide.
